摘要
目的:探讨SPOC+TBIM合Sim Man 3G在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取轮转至急诊科接受住院医师规范化培训的40人,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20人,实验组采用SPOC+TBLM合Sim Man 3G教学,对照组采用传统教学。教学结束后,比较两组学生的出科考核成绩及问卷调查满意度,评价不同教学模式的教学效果。结果:实验组学员的疾病诊治能力、临床技能的出科考核及教学评价均优于采取传统规培教学模式培养的学员(P<0.05)。结论:SPOC+TBIM合Sim Man 3G教学法引入急诊科住院医师规范化培训中可以激发学员的学习兴趣,显著提高了学员临床的思维能力,规培学员满意度较高,这为急诊科住院医师规范化培训实践提供了新的思路和模式。
Objective:To explore the application effect of SPOC+TBL combined with SimMan3G in standardized training practice of emergency department residents.Methods:40 students who were rotated to the emergency department to receive standardized training for residents were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 students in each group.The experimental group was taught by SPOC+TBL combined with SimMan3G,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching.After the teaching,the two groups of students were compared to evaluate the teaching effect of different teaching modes.Results:The students in the experimental group were better than those in the traditional training mode(P<0.05)in disease diagnosis and treatment ability,clinical skills examination and teaching evaluation.Conclusion:joint SimMan3G SPOC+TBL teaching method is introduced into the emergency department of resident standardization training can stimulate students'interest in learning,improve the students'clinical thinking ability,can produce a positive teaching feedback and interaction between teachers and students,gauge,student satisfaction is higher for clinical department practice provides a new train of thought and resident standardization training mode.
