摘要
目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者采用微创手术治疗对临床疗效、相关时间指标及并发症的影响。方法:选取70例非.小细胞肺癌患者,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组(35例)与实验组(35例),对照組悲者选择开胸手术治疗,实验组患者则选择胸腔镜微创手术治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效,并对相关时间指标及并发症进行观察比较。结果:在清扫淋巴结个数、2年内肿瘤复发率及转移率方面,对照组、实验组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组患者的止痛时间、置管时间、住院时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组患者的并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:在对非小细胞肺癌患者进行治疗时,采用微创手术治疗能取得与开胸手术治疗相似的临床疗效,但是微创手术治疗却能让止痛时间、置管时间、住院时间明显缩短,让并发症明显减少,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive surgery on clinical efficacy,related time indicators and complications in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:70 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected and divided into control group(35 cases)and experimental group(35 cases)according to the principle of comparability between groups.The control group was treated with thoracotomy,while the experimental group was treated with thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery.Results:there was no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection,tumor recurrence rate and metastasis rate within 2 years between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the analgesic time,catheterization time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter(P<.0.05).Compared with the control group,the complications of the experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients,the use of minimally invasive surgery can achieve similar clinical efficacy with open chest surgery,but minimally invasive surgery can significantly shorten the pain relief time,catheterization time and hospitalization time,and significantly reduce the complications,which has clinical promotion value.
