"十四五"规划指导思想指出,"以推动高质量发展为主题,以深化供给侧结构性改革为主线"。"十四五"生态环境保护是经济社会发展的重要领域,要以高水平保护为主题,以促进全面绿色转型为主线,从宏观、中观和微观层面协同推进经济高质量发展和生态环境高水平保护,着重开辟和发展生态环境保护与经济社会发展的"融入合作"线。
In the guiding ideology of the "14 th Five-Year Plan" for economic and social development, it is pointed out that "to promote high-quality development is the theme, and to deepen the supply-side structural reform is the main line".Ecology and environment protection is an important field of economic and social development during the "14 th Five-Year" period.The theme of ecology and environment protection should be high-level protection and the main line of ecology and environment protection should be the promotion of a comprehensive green transformation.It is kernel for our country on this theme and by this line to coordinate efforts to promote high-quality economic development and high-level protection of ecology and environment from the macro, meso, and micro levels, especially focus on opening up the line of "integration and cooperation" between the ecology and environment and the economy and society.
