摘要
提出了一种基于地址模糊匹配的配电网故障研判算法。该算法通过建立地区标准地址库模型,结合电力营销系统中客户档案信息对客户报修工单地址进行模糊匹配,为故障研判提供数据支撑,提高故障研判成功率和准确率。通过对应用分析可知,在客户报修工单无户号的情况下,该算法能够在一定程度上指导配电网抢修人员快速锁定故障地址,进而缩短故障停电时间,提高供电服务客户满意度.
This paper describes an address fuzzy match algorithm suitable for fault diagnosis and analysis of distribution networks.By establishing the regional standard address library model,and combines the customer profile information in the power marketing system to fuzzy match the customer repair work order address,provides data support for fault diagnosis and judgment,this algorithm improves the success rate and accuracy of fault diagnosis.In the case that the customer repairs work order has no account number,the algorithm can guide the distribution network repair personnel to quickly lock the fault address to a certain extent,thereby shortening the fault blackout time and improving the satisfaction of the power supply service customer.
