摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定硫酸铵中金属元素镍(Ni)和铜(Cu)含量。通过分析测定流程,确定不确定度的来源,并计算各不确定度分量、合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示ICP-MS法测定硫酸铵中镍和铜含量的扩展不确定度为Ni 0.145 ng/mL,Cu 0.134 ng/mL。测定结果的不确定度来源于方法回收率、供试品定容、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合和重复性引入的不确定度占主要因素,而供试品称样量的影响几乎可以忽略不计。
The contents of nickel(Ni)and copper(Cu)in ammonium sulfate were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Through the analysis of the measurement process,the source of uncertainty was determined,and each uncertainty component,combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty of Ni and Cu in ammonium sulfate determined by ICP-MS was 0.145 ng/mL for Ni and 0.134 ng/mL for Cu.The uncertainty of the determination results came from the method recovery,constant volume of test sample,preparation of standard solution,standard curve fitting and repeatability.The uncertainty was the main factor,while the influence of sample weighing can be ignored.
