摘要
采用美国赛默飞电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(6300型)、微波消解仪建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定加氢催化剂产品中钼镍组份的分析方法。实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的线性关系,样品加标回收率在99%-101%之间,相对标准偏差(n=3)在0.35%-2.56%。方法具有良好的精密度和准确性,操作方便,能够满足企业对产品的质量控制要求。
A microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)method for the determination of molybdenum and nickel components in hydrogenation catalyst products was established by using the microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(Model 6300)of Thermo Fisher Science.The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship.The standard recovery rate of samples was between 99%-101%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.35%-2.56%.The method has good precision and accuracy,easy to operate,and can meet the quality control requirements of enterprises.
