摘要
党的十九大报告中首次提出乡村振兴战略,“三农”问题是关系我国全面发展的根本性问题,实施乡村振兴战略是切实解决好“三农”问题的关键。本文就当前制约我国乡村振兴发展的产业振兴、人才振兴及文化振兴三个重要方面进行分析,探讨吉林市着力通过产业兴旺助力乡村振兴战略,逐步实现了向高效区、优品区、旅游区、加工区扩能,为吉林市乡村振兴战略带来新的机遇。
The strategy for rural revitalization was first put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the fundamental issue related to China’s all-round development.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is to effectively solve the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.This paper analyzes the restricting factors for rural revitalization in the development of our country,which are industrial factors,talent factors and cultural factors,to explore the ways how Jilin city focuses on the strategy of boosting rural revitalization through industrial prosperity,and has gradually realized the capacity expansion to high efficiency zone,high quality zone,tourism zone and processing zone,bringing new opportunities for Jilin city rural revitalization.
