摘要
基于CATIA与Abaqus的一体化程序,以固增水电站为例,在CATIA中参数化建模,利用二次开发及Python语言编制的Abaqus前后自动化程序对蜗壳结构进行从建模到计算过程的一体化研究分析,确定主电站厂房蜗壳结构应力状态及配筋参数,保证蜗壳结构安全。
Based on the integration program of CATIA and Abaqus, taking Guzeng hydropower station as an example, we parameterized model it in CATIA, and study and analyze the volute structure from modeling to calculation, using Abaqus pre and post automation program compiled by secondary development and Python language, to determine the structure of the spiral case of main power plant stress state and reinforcement parameters, ensure the safety of the structure of the spiral case.
