摘要
结合工程实例,对比生物质发电厂干料棚常用的不同结构形式的优缺点及9 m柱距时的用钢量,为同类工程选择经济合理的方案提供借鉴。论文以某一实际工程设计为例,对干料棚的2种常用结构形式——门式刚架轻型钢结构厂房和混凝土柱+钢屋架的单层排架结构厂房,在同一条件下建设和使用过程中的优缺点及经济性做出计算比较和分析,并给出生物质电厂干料棚结构选型的建议。
Combined with engineering example, the paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of different structural forms commonly used for dry material shed in biomass power plant and the steel consumption when the column spacing is 9 meters, for the similar engineering choose economic and reasonable scheme to provide reference. In this project, we compares and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and economy of two common structural system of dry material shed: steel structure of light-weight plant with gabled frames and single-layer bent structure plant with concrete column and steel roof truss under the same conditions. Finally, gives some suggestions on the structural selection of dry material shed in power plant.
