摘要
采用Tb_(4)O_(7), TbHx和Nd_(2)O_(3)+Tb_(4)O_(7)三种扩散源,通过晶界扩散技术制备出特高综合磁性能的钕铁硼磁体,对不同扩散源的扩散效果及扩散机制进行研究。采用TbHx进行晶界扩散,获得综合磁性能(BH)max+Hcj=84.26,矫顽力温度系数为-0.361%·℃^(-1)的最佳钕铁硼磁体,SEM微观结构分析表明TbHx扩散源制备磁体在靠近磁体的表层晶粒形态与中心晶粒一致,晶粒表面平整。
The grain boundary diffusion Nd-Fe-B magnets with extremely high comprehensive magnetic properties were prepared by three diffusion sources Tb_(4)O_(7), TbHx and Nd_(2)O_(3)+Tb_(4)O_(7) respectively, and the diffusion effect and mechanism of diffusion magnet with different diffusion sources were studied. Treated with TbHx, an extremely high comprehensive magnetic performance magnet with a(BH)max+Hcj=84.26 was obtained, and the temperature coefficient of Hcj of the magnet was-0.361%·℃^(-1) between 20 and 220 ℃. SEM microstructure analysis of magnet treated with TbHx showed that grains of the surface were as smooth and integral as grains of the interior.
