摘要
学党史、新中国史、改革开放史、社会主义发展史,使我们能够深刻理解中国特色社会主义的精神特质和丰富内涵。本文从研究社会主义市场经济和国企改革的历程入手,深入探讨新时代以管资本为主的国企改革主线,关注新一轮技术革命,借鉴国际经验,论述在实施分类监管的基础上,进一步创建有各自特色的国有企业的类别。以"国企改革三年行动方案"为指针,以信息化赋能传统产业为重点,实现国有企业高质量发展。
Studying the history of the party, the history of New China, the history of reform and opening up, and the history of socialist development enables us to deeply understand the spiritual characteristics and rich connotations of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Starting from the study of the course of the socialist market economy and the reform of state-owned enterprises, this paper probes into the main line of the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new era, focusing on a new round of technological revolution, drawing on international experience, and discusses how to further create the categories of state-owned enterprises with their own characteristics on the basis of the implementation of classified supervision. With the "three-year action plan for the reform of state-owned enterprises" as the guide, and with the focus on enabling traditional industries with information technology, we will achieve high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
