摘要 凝汽器真空的变化直接影响着汽轮机热耗和机组供电煤耗。以国产1000 MW超超临界机组为研究对象,深入分析探讨凝汽器真空变化的原因,通过排查发现原因是凝汽器真空泄漏以及真空泵运行性能降低,该现象在低负荷情况下更加突出。针对现场实际情况,提出了相应的技改措施,以实现机组的安全经济运行。研究成果可为同类型机组解决类似异常问题提供一定的参考。 The change of condenser vacuum has direct influence on the heat consumption of the turbine and coal consumption rate of the whole unit.Taking a domestic 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit as a study object,the reason of condenser vacuum change was analyzed and examined,and it was found that the condenser vacuum change was caused by the condenser leakage and under-performance of vacuum pump.The problem appeared to be more serious under low load condition.According to the onsite situation,corresponding technical renovation measures were put forward to realize safe and economic operation of the unit.The research result can provide certain reference for solution of similar abnormalities of the same type of units.
