摘要
目的探讨桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗遗精的效果。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月收治的遗精患者114例,根据使用药物的不同分为2组,对照组采用谷维素片联合艾司唑仑片进行治疗,研究组应用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医单项症状评分、不良事件发生概率。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组耳鸣或者头晕、烦躁失眠、气短、腰酸腿软、梦则遗精、面色枯槁无华或?白、心悸、神疲乏力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组嗜睡、头晕、恶心、胃胀发生概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗遗精患者过程当中,桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤效果理想,有效地改善相关症状,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction on patients with spermatorrhea.Methods 114 cases of spermatorrhea patients in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different drugs used.The control group was treated with oryzanol tablets combined with estazolam tablets,and the study group was treated with Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction.The clinical effect,TCM single symptom score and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The tinnitus or dizziness,irritability and insomnia,shortness of breath,backache and leg weakness,ejaculation,haggard or white jump,palpitation,fatigue and fatigue scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of drowsiness,dizziness,nausea and gastric distension in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of spermatorrhea has an ideal effect and can effectively improve the related symptoms,which should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
