摘要
建筑工程的投资量一般比较大,一旦发生风险就会造成非常严重的后果,因此,必须要建立健全危机管理意识,及时预测可能存在的风险,并做好事前预防工作,通过有效的控制措施降低风险。针对建筑施工管理中的危机管理意识应用进行了探讨和研究,希望能够为相关技术工作者提供一定的帮助和支持。
The amount of investment in construction projects is generally large.Once the risk occurs,it will cause very serious consequences.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and improve the crisis management awareness,timely predict the possible risks,do a good job of prevention in advance,and reduce the risk through effective control measures.The application of crisis management consciousness in construction management is discussed and studied,hoping to provide some help and support for relevant technical peers.
