摘要
为使通州阳光保险后援中心项目的钢结构采光顶实现高效、安全安装,并保障其施工质量,通过方案比对和BIM技术模拟,研制了一套可拆卸、可周转使用、安全性强、可移动式的施工架体,并成功应用于钢结构采光顶安装。实践证明,该移动式操作架在保证现场施工质量、进度和安全的前提下,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,对今后类似工程施工具有很好的参考价值。
In order to achieve efficient and safe installation of the steel structure daylighting roof of the Tongzhou Sunshine Insurance Support Center Project,and to ensure its construction quality,a set of detachable,reusable,safe and movable construction frame is developed by comparing the scheme and BIM Technology simulation and applied to the installation of the daylighting roof of steel structure.The practice proves that the mobile operation frame achieves good social and economic benefits on the premise of ensuring the on-site construction quality,progress and safety,and has a good reference value for the similar engineering construction in the future.
