摘要
目前,我国经济正持续、健康、稳定地向前发展,QEO管理体系作为一种成熟的管理方法,在鞍钢重大体系认证、管理评审活动和指导大生产中发挥了重要作用。本文就鞍钢如何将QEO管理体系核心内容有效运行于企业目标与绩效管理中的具体情况加以论述,从质量、环保、安全、能源4个方面论述了建立与运行一体化管理体系的具体方法和关键措施。QEO一体化管理体系促进了企业外部审核,走出了一条适合鞍钢发展的创新之路,期待能在大型国企贯标认证中提供借鉴和指导。
At present,China's economy is developing continuously,healthily and steadily.The QEO management system,as a mature management method has played an important role in the major system certification,management review activities and guidance of Ansteel.This paper discusses how to effectively operate the core content of QEO management system in enterprise objectives and performance management,and discusses specific methods and key measures for establishing integrated management system from quality,environmental protection,safety and energy.QEO integrated management system promotes the external audit of enterprises,and finds an innovative road suitable for the development of Ansteel,looking forward to provide reference and guidance in the standard compliance certification of large state-owned enterprises.
