摘要 磁编码器是一类非接触式新型位置传感器,具有体积小、抗干扰能力强、成本低等优点,在工业伺服控制领域具有广泛的应用。分析了磁编码器的一般性工作原理,重点介绍了磁阻式和霍尔式两类磁编码器的技术现状及应用。讨论了标定查表法、反正切法、锁相环法等磁编码器位置解算方法,对比了它们的优缺点。剖析了磁编码器位置检测的谐波失真、幅相偏差、随机噪声等主要误差来源及其处理方法。调研了国内外市场上主流磁编码器产品的性能指标。指出磁编码器将往高分辨率、高精度、小型化、集成化、更高效的位置解算方法与误差处理技术等方向发展。以上研究与分析,为我国磁编码器的设计与研发、工业控制及智能制造等提供了参考。 As a new type of non-contact position sensor,magnetic encoder has the advantages of small size,strong antiinterference ability and low cost.It has a wide application range in the field of industrial servo control.The general working principle of magnetic encoders is analyzed,and the technical status and application of both reluctance-type and Hall-type magnetic encoders are mainly studied.Then,magnetic encoders position solving methods including the calibration look-up table method,the arc-tangent method,and the phase-locked-loop method are discussed,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.The main sources of the maynetic encoder position detection errors,such as harmonic distortion,amplitude and phase deviation,and random noise and the corresponding methods are analyzed.The performance indicators of mainstream magnetic encoder products in the domestic and foreign markets are investigated.It is pointed out that magnetic encoders will develop toward high resolution,high accuracy,miniaturization,integration,and more efficient position solving methods and error technology.The above research and analysis provide references for the design and development of magnetic encoders,industrial control,and intelligent manufacturing in our country.
