摘要
牵引变电所直流框架保护动作后对线路正常运营有巨大影响,通过对其功能配置及动作特性进行深入分析,从避免装置误动作的角度,提出电流框架保护设置多段保护并进行电流方向判断的建议;同时从保护动作特性的角度,提出车场牵引变电所需设置钢轨电位限制装置并与框架保护装置配合的建议;针对目前争议较多,与牵引网运营方式有关的上网隔离(或组合)开关柜的安装方式及其与框架保护配合,进行分析说明并提出具体建议,以更好地保证工程长期安全、可靠运营。
In view of the great influence of DC frame protection on the normal operation of a project,analysis of its functional configuration and the characteristics of its actions from the perspective of avoiding device misoperation suggests setting multi-section protection and judging the current direction for current frame protection.From the perspective of protection action characteristics,it is suggested to set a rail potential limiting device in a depot traction substation to cooperate with frame protection.Analysis suggests the installation mode of on-line isolation(or a combination)switch cabinet and its cooperation with frame protection ensures the long-term safety and reliability of the project.
