摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是党中央做出的重大战略部署。改善农村人居环境是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容,开展好这项工作,对全面推进乡村振兴意义重大。本文在调查分析索店村人居环境整治工作的基础上,建议从聚焦村干部这一“关键少数”、发挥农民主体作用、加大资金投入、强化科技支撑、加强组织领导五方面,制定相应措施,进一步提升农村人居环境整治工作成效。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee.The improvement of rural human settlemen is an important part of implementing the rural revital-ization strategy.Carrying out this work is of great significance to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Based on the investigation and analysis of the improvement of the human settlement in Suodian village,this article proposes to formulate corresponding measures in five aspects:focusing on the"key minority"of village cadres,giving full play to the main role of farmers,increasing capital investment,strengthening scientific and technological support,and strength-ening organizational leadership.Though these measures,we can enhance the effectiveness of the improvement of rural human settlement.
