摘要
深入分析建设用地演变过程,掌握城市扩张不同阶段的时空特征,对科学推进国土空间规划编制实施具有重要意义。基于多时相卫星遥感影像来解译东莞市建设用地,使用重心空间轨迹模型及空间扩张象限分析法,实现对东莞市近20年来城市扩张的时空特征分析。结果表明:2000—2020年,东莞市建设用地面积增加显著,城市扩张明显,部分区域的建设用地经历了点集聚—线集聚—面集聚的分布格局变化,最终形成城乡无差别的建设用地连片区。东莞市建设用地虽然依旧在不断地扩张,但是幅度持续减缓,同时建设用地的分布具有显著的空间异质性。研究结果能够更好地了解东莞市的城市结构,为城市规划和管理决策提供支撑参考。
In-depth analysis of the evolution of construction land and mastering the spatial and temporal characteristics of different stages of urban expansion are of great significance to scientifically promote the preparation and implementation of territorial spatial planning.This study is based on multi-temporal satellite remote sensing images to identify the construction land in Dongguan,and we used the gravity space trajectory model and the spatial expansion quadrant analysis method to conduct the analysis of the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban expansion in Dongguan in the past 20 years.The results show that from 2000 to 2020,the area of construction land in Dongguan increased significantly,and the construction land in some areas has the distribution changes of point agglomeration-line agglomeration-surface agglomeration,and finally formed a continuous area of construction land with no difference between urban and rural areas.Although the expansion of construction land in Dongguan is still going on,its magnitude is slowing down continuously,and the distribution of its construction land has significant spatial heterogeneity.The results of the study can be used to better understand the urban structure of Dongguan and provide references to support urban planning and management.
