摘要
目的分析女童性早熟采用子宫卵巢超声检查的诊断价值。方法选取赣州市妇幼保健院2019年12月—2020年12月期间62例女童,根据是否发生性早熟分为观察组和对照组,对比2组超声检查情况。结果观察组女童子宫容积、子宫长径、子宫前后径、横径、子宫内膜厚度、宫体/径比值、卵巢容积、卵巢长径、卵巢前后径、卵巢横径、卵泡个数均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组女童有肌层回声及附件肿块现象,对照组无肌层回声及附件肿块现象。结论性早熟女童接受子宫卵巢超声检查可发现其子宫卵巢体积明显增大,诊断准确标准,技术成熟稳定,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound examination of uterus and ovary in girls with precocious puberty.Methods 62 girls in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to precocious puberty.Results Uterine volume,uterine diameter,anterior and posterior diameter,transverse diameter,endometrial thickness,uterine body/diameter ratio,ovarian volume,ovarian length diameter,anterior and posterior diameter of ovary,transverse diameter of ovary and number of ovary in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05)significant difference was.The girls in the observation group had myometrial echo and accessory phenomenon,and the control group had no myometrial echo and accessory phenomenon.Conclusion The volume of uterus and ovary of precocious puberty girls can be significantly increased by ultrasound examination,the diagnosis is accurate,the technology is mature and stable,and the clinical application value is high.
