摘要
目的分析磷酸铝凝胶联合奥美拉唑对胃溃疡并胃出血临床疗效及复发影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月该院收治98例胃溃疡并胃出血患者,按随机数表分两组,对照组49例使用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组49例在对照组基础上采用磷酸铝凝胶治疗,对两组临床疗效及复发进行比较。结果研究组临床总有效率(91.84%)明显高于对照组(77.55%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.857,P<0.05);研究组腹痛消失时间、大便OB试验阴性时间、呕血停止时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.900、13.616、9.837,P<0.05);研究组腹部不适、恶心呕吐、皮疹等不良反应的总的不良反应发生率比对照组的低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.018,P<0.05);两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.446,P>0.05)。结论胃溃疡并胃出血患者使用磷酸铝凝胶联合奥美拉唑治疗,可缩短患者腹痛消失时间及呕血停止时间,减少不良反应发生,还能降低其疾病复发率,临床上值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole on the clinical efficacy and recurrence of gastric ulcer complicated with gastric bleeding.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,98 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group 49 cases were treated with omeprazole,and the study group 49 cases were based on the control group,adopted aluminum phosphate gel to compare the clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 91.84%significantly higher than that of the control group 77.55%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.857,P<0.05);the study group's abdominal pain disappearance time,stool OB test negative time,hematemesis stop time were all lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.900,13.616,9.837,P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions such as abdominal discomfort,nausea,vomiting,and rash in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.018,P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.446,P>0.05).Conclusion The use of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer and gastric bleeding can shorten the disappearance time of abdominal pain and the stop time of hematemesis,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.It is clinically worthy of promotion.
