摘要
目的探究噻托溴铵+布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能的影响。方法选取本院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的40例COPD患者为研究对象,遵循数字随机法将其分为对照组(n=20)和研究组(n=20)。对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,研究组给予噻托溴铵+布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组的肺功能、不良反应发生情况及生活质量。结果治疗后,研究组的FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC高于对照组,症状、对日常生活的影响、活动能力评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论噻托溴铵+布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗COPD可有效改善患者的肺功能及生活质量,且安全、可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of tiotropium bromide+budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 40 patients with COPD treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=20)and study group(n=20)by digital random method.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation,and the study group was treated with tiotropium bromide+budesonide formoterol powder inhalation.The pulmonary function,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of symptoms,impact on daily life and activity ability were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide+budesonide formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of COPD can effectively improve pulmonary function and quality of life of patients,and is safe and reliable.
