摘要
目的研究脑卒中患者康复需求及影响因素。方法选取400例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和脑卒中患者康复需求量表收集资料,分析影响脑卒中患者康复需求得分的因素。结果脑卒中患者康复需求总得分为(4.54±0.23)分,其中信息需求维度总分最高。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、职业、危险因素、正规康复训练均为影响脑卒中患者康复需求的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论建议医院、社会、政府加大康复医疗宣传和投入,使更多的脑卒中后遗症患者康复需求得到更好的满足。
Objective To study the rehabilitation needs and influencing factors of stroke patients.Methods A total of 400 stroke patients were selected as the research objects.The data were collected by general data questionnaire and rehabilitation needs scale of stroke patients,and the factors affecting the rehabilitation needs score of stroke patients were analyzed.Results The total score of rehabilitation needs of stroke patients was(4.54±0.23),of which the total score of information needs dimension was the highest.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,occupation,risk factors and formal rehabilitation training were independent factors affecting the rehabilitation needs of stroke patients(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that hospitals,society and the government should increase the publicity and investment in rehabilitation medicine,so as to better meet the rehabilitation needs of more patients with stroke sequelae.
