The Application of PLC Technology in Intelligent Manufacturing

摘要 可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)是一种可编辑的存储器,通过CPU实现逻辑运算,具有顺序控制等功能,以输出数据指令达到控制机械设备的目的,被广泛应用于机械领域.近些年,随着我国科技的不断发展,制造业逐渐开始向智能化转变,PLC技术作为机械自动化的重要基础,如何将PLC技术融入智能制造,实现制造业的数字化、智能化转型是值得研究的问题.文章基于此展开研究,首先分析了智能制造发展现状,然后概述了PLC技术在智能制造中的应用,最后从四个方面分析了在智能制造中应用PLC技术的策略,以供参考. Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is a kind of editable memory,which realizes logic operations through CPU,has functions such as sequence control,and outputs data instructions to achieve the purpose of controlling mechanical equipment.It is widely used in the mechanical field.In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology in my country,the manufacturing industry has gradually begun to transform to intelligence.PLC technology is an important foundation of mechanical automation.How to integrate PLC technology into intelligent manufacturing and realize the digital and intelligent transformation of manufacturing is worthwhile Research problem.Based on this research,the article first analyzes the development status of intelligent manufacturing,then outlines the application of PLC technology in intelligent manufacturing,and finally analyzes the strategy of applying PLC technology in intelligent manufacturing from four aspects for reference.
