摘要
目的:探讨分析微创心脏手术治疗先天性心脏病临床效果。方法:选取某院收治的先天性心脏病患者共50例,分为对照组(常规开胸手术)和研究组(胸腔镜微创手术)各25例,比较观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组患者在住院时间、胸液引流量等指标上显著优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者在升主动脉阻闭时间、体外循环时间、呼吸机辅助时间指标上不存在明显差异(P>0.05);对照组患者并发症发生率明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论:给予先天性心脏病患者完全胸腔镜下微创手术疗法,能够减少术后损伤,降低出血量,同时缩短术后恢复时间,值得推广。
Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive cardiac surgery in the treatment of congenital heart disease.Methods:50 patients with congenital heart disease admitted in a hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group.Patients in the control group were given conventional thoracotomy,and patients in the study group were given thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The comparison results showed that the study group was significantly better than the control group in terms of hospitalization time,pleural fluid drainage and other indicators(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in indicators such as ascending aortic closure time,extracorporeal circulation time,and ventilator-assisted time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with congenital heart disease can reduce surgical damage,reduce bleeding,and shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
