利用防艾知识竞赛对高校大学生实施干预效果观察

摘要 目的总结分析2019年海淀区高校大学生防艾知识竞赛实施效果,为探索采用更好的大学生防艾干预方式提供依据。方法2019年11月6日—12月2日期间,以参与活动的每所高校为一个整体观察单位,以改变参与积分计算激励机制为分界点,对比分析第一阶段(11月6日—11月15日)和第二阶段(11月25日—12月2日)大学生在参与度、答题正确率、核心知识认知率3个主要观察指标前后变化情况。结果47086名参与活动的大学生,分阶段测试核心知识知晓率均超过了(95.00%),最高达到(98.57%)。参与度和日均答题正确率呈波动上升趋势,第一阶段日均答题正确率为(32.13%),第二阶段日均答题正确率为(74.53%),第二阶段答题正确率比第一阶段上升较快,最高答题正确率达(82.48%),参与度、答题正确率、核心知识认知情况第二阶段明显好于第一阶段,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.399,P<0.001;χ^(2)=392.573,P<0.001)。结论通过创新设计,注重活动中交互式健康教育的运用,增加激励机制,采用线上线下结合组织实施的团体“知识竞赛”,可以有效提高大学生防艾活动参与度和健康认知度,值得推广。 Objective To summarize and analyze the implementation effects of the 2019 Haidian District College Students’AIDS Prevention Knowledge Contest,and to provide a basis for exploring the use of better AIDS prevention intervention methods for college students.Methods Participate in the activities from November 6th to December 2th,2019,each of the colleges and universities is an overall observation unit.Taking the change of the incentive mechanism for participating in the calculation of points as the demarcation point,a comparative analysis of the first phase(November 6-November 15)and the second phase(November 25-December 2),the changes before and after the 3 main observation indicators of participation,correct answer rate,and core knowledge awareness rate of college students.Results Of 47086 college students participating in the activity,the awareness rate of core knowledge in the staged test exceeded 95.00%,and the highest reached 98.57%.Participation and the average daily answer accuracy rate fluctuated upward.The average daily answer accuracy rate in the first stage was 32.13%,the average daily answer accuracy rate in the second stage was 74.53%,and the correct answer rate in the second stage increased faster than in the first stage,the highest rate of answering questions was 82.48%.The second stage of participation,correct rate of answering questions,and core knowledge awareness were significantly better than the first stage,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-7.399,P<0.001;χ^(2)=392.573,P<0.001).Conclusion Through innovative design,pay attention to the use of interactive health education in activities,increase incentive mechanisms,and adopt online and offline group"knowledge competitions"organized and implemented,which can effectively improve the participation and health awareness of college students in AIDS prevention activities.It is worthwhile promotion.
