摘要
目的分析超声科实施质量控制专项管理的效果。方法研究样本88例选取为2020年12月—2021年4月间于超声科检查的患者。纳入对象根据区组化随机数分组法分为探析组(n=44)、对照组(n=44)。对照组实施常规管理,探析组开展质量控制专项管理。比对分析两组质量控制管理效果评分、超声质量采样检查结果、临床科室对管理效果的满意情况评分、不良事件发生率。结果探析组操作技能、服务态度、科室管理、预约时间、报告书写等质量控制管理效果评分相比对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组检查操作合格率、图像质量合格率、超声仪器合格率、超声报告合格率均明显低于探析组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,探析组临床科室对超声报告准确性和规范性、超声检查结果回报及时性、超声检查项目符合临床诊疗需求、超声工作质量整体评价的满意情况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探析组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制专项管理可有效提高超声科工作质量,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of special quality control management in the ultrasound department.Methods The 88 samples of the study were selected as patients who were examined in the ultrasound department from December 2020 to April 2021.The included subjects were divided into the analysis group(n=44)and the control group(n=44)according to the block grouping method.The control group carried out routine management,and the analysis group carried out special management of quality control.Comparative analysis of the two groups of quality control management effect scores,ultrasound quality sampling inspection results,clinical departments'satisfaction scores for the management effects,and the incidence of adverse events.Results The quality control management effect scores of the analysis group's operating skills,service attitude,department management,appointment time,report writing,etc.were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group had a higher inspection operation pass rate,image quality pass rate,and ultrasound equipment pass rate and the pass rate of ultrasound reports were significantly lower than those of the analysis group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after management,the satisfaction scores of the clinical departments of the analysis group on the accuracy and standardization of ultrasound reports,the timeliness of ultrasound examination results,the ultrasound examination items in line with clinical diagnosis and treatment requirements,and the overall evaluation of ultrasound work quality were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in the analysis group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The special management of quality control can effectively improve the quality of ultrasound work,and has a high value for promotion and application
