摘要
目的观察乳腺纤维瘤行经乳晕切口手术治疗的效果。方法在乳腺外科患者中盲选出98例乳腺纤维瘤者,其就诊时间均在2019年7月—2020年7月,行经乳晕切口手术的49例为研究组,行开放切除术的49例为常规组,观察结果。结果临床指标数据在研究组中的手术出血量(13.74±2.96)mL,手术花费时间(18.74±4.34)min,切口恢复时间(7.30±1.66)d,住院时间(5.04±0.99)d优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.267、54.957、6.251、7.522,P<0.05)。研究组中总有效率为93.88%,常规组为77.55%,研究组较常规组有效,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05)。在研究组并发症发生率为4.08%,而常规组为24.49%,研究组并发症发生率较常规组少,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.333,P<0.05)。在乳房美观度中,研究组的瘢痕组织分值(87.03±4.23)分,乳房对称分值(90.42±4.05)分,乳晕分值(88.39±4.44)分,和常规组3项数据相比有优势,差异有统计学意义(t=10.398、11.277、11.031,P<0.05)。结论经乳晕切口手术切除乳腺纤维瘤的疗效好。
Objective To observe the effect of surgical treatment of breast fibroma through areola incision.Methods 98 cases of breast fibroids were blindly selected from breast surgery patients,and their consultation time was from July 2019 to July 2020.49 cases who underwent trans areola incision surgery were the study group,and 49 cases who underwent open resection were routine Group,observe the results.Results In the study group,the clinical index data of surgical blood loss(13.74±2.96)mL,operation time(18.74±4.34)min,incision recovery time(7.30±1.66)d,and hospitalization time(5.04±0.99)d were better than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.267,54.957,6.251,7.522,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 93.88%,and the routine group was 77.55%.The study group was more effective than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05).In the study group,the complication rate was 4.08%,while the routine group was 24.49%.The study group had fewer complication rate than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.333,P<0.05).In breast aesthetics,the study group’s scar tissue score was(87.03±4.23)points,breast symmetry score(90.42±4.05)points,and areola score(88.39±4.44)points,which was advantaged compared with the three data of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.398,11.277,11.031,P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical resection of breast fibroma through areola incision is effective.
