摘要
目的观察慢性肾功能衰竭应用肾康注射液辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月本院收治的65例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,按双盲法分为对照组(n=32)与观察组(n=33)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予肾康注射液辅助治疗,比较两组临床疗效、各项功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,BUN、SCR、P低于对照组,CCR、RBC、Hb、Ca高于对照组,用药不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液辅助治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,临床疗效显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of adjuvant treatment of chronic renal failure with Shenkang injection.Methods 65 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the double blind method,they were divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=33).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Shenkang injection adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,various functional indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,BUN,SCR,P were lower than the control group,CCR,RBC,Hb,Ca were higher than the control group,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenkang injection assists in the treatment of chronic renal failure,with significant clinical efficacy and high safety,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
