摘要
钞票在自助金融设备中运送是由驱动轮组带动,当钞票进入圆弧通道转向时会与驱动轮组发生碰撞,因此为避免设备运行时出现的卡票、堵票、损票的现象,需要对驱动轮组与圆弧通道进行研究。利用Recurdyn/MTT2D软件建立钞票在圆弧通道中运动模型,对钞票运行状态、钞票前端与驱动轮组之间的碰撞力进行仿真。分析了从动轮直径、圆弧通道半径、轮组间距、钞票运行速度以及从动轮位置对钞票前端碰撞力的影响。针对仿真模型进行实验验证,实验结果与仿真结果相符,验证其有效性。
Banknote transport in self-service financial institutions is driven by wheels.When banknote enters the arc channel,it will collide with the wheels.Therefore,in order to avoid the phenomenon of crash,jam and damage of banknotes,it is necessary to study the wheels and arc channels.In this paper,Recurdyn/MTT2 D software is used to model and simulate the movement state of banknotes and the collision force between the front end of banknotes and the wheel group.The influence of the diameter of driven wheel,the radius of arc channel,the spacing of wheel groups,the speed of banknotes and the position of driven wheel on the frontend collision force of banknotes is analyzed.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,and the validity of the simulation model is verified.
