响应曲面法优化2024-T3的三价铬氧化处理工艺

摘要 为了探究优化的2024-T3铝合金三价铬氧化处理工艺,在已有氧化剂配方及工艺基础上,在钝化液配方确定的情况下,采用响应曲面法以氧化处理的温度、pH值和时间为影响因素,利用响应面分析中的Box-Bohnken法设计了三因素三水平的试验方案,以保护评级等级作为响应值,进行响应面分析。分析结果表明:最佳保护评级的工艺为钝化温度35℃、pH值3.9、钝化时间10 min;经盐雾试验168 h后得到外观评级为9级的铝合金板,与后续验证试验结果相符合。 Aiming at exploring the optimized process of trivalent chromium oxidation treatment process of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy,based on the existing oxidants’ingredient and processing techniques and under the condition of determining the passivation solution formula,a three factor and three-level test scheme was designed by using the Box-Bohnken method in response surface analysis with employing the temperature,pH value and time of oxidation treatment as the influencing factors and taking the protection rating level as the response value for response surface analysis.Results showed that the process with the best protection rate level was the passivation temperature of 35℃,pH 3.9,and a passivation time of 10 minutes.After salt spray test for 168 h,the aluminum alloy plate with the appearance rating of 9 was obtained,which was consistent with the subsequent verification experiments results.
