摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的效果及对患者神经功能的影响。方法89例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(45例)和单一组(44例)。单一组患者接受依达拉奉进行治疗,联合组患者接受依达拉奉联合丁苯酞进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率、症状改善时间、神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力及血管内皮细胞生长因子、超敏C反应蛋白及内皮素-1水平。结果联合组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(5.56±2.26)分低于单一组的(7.39±3.01)分,日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分(68.39±4.62)分高于单一组的(62.01±5.33)分,症状改善时间(4.96±0.55)d短于单一组的(6.35±1.45)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组血管内皮细胞生长因子、超敏C反应蛋白、内皮素-1水平均低于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗优良率95.56%明显高于单一组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采取依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗能显著改善及恢复患者的神经功能,缓解患者的临床症状,改善各项血清指标,促进患者治疗效果的提升。
Objective To discuss the effect of edaravone combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on the neurological function of patients.Methods A total of 89 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into a combination group(45 cases)and a single group(44 cases)according to the random numerical table.Patients in single group were treated with edaravone,and patients in combination group were treated with edaravone and butylphthalide.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,symptom improvement time,degree of neurological deficit,activities of daily living,and vascular endothelial growth factor,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and endothelin-1 levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score(5.56±2.26)points of the combination group was lower than(7.39±3.01)points of the single group,and the activities of daily living(ADL)score(68.39±4.62)points was higher than(62.01±5.33)points of the single group,and the symptom improvement time(4.96±0.55)d was shorter than(6.35±1.45)d of the single group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and endothelin-1 in the combination group were lower than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent-good rate of the combination group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 79.55%of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of edaravone and butylphthalide can significantly improve and restore neurological function,relieve clinical symptoms,improve various serum indexes of patients,thus promoting therapeutic effects of patients.
