摘要
为了实现对原油资源充分且有效的利用,并使生产后续的苯乙烯能够拥有充分的原材料,本装置采用了催化干气与石油苯烷基化制乙苯技术,即通过使用炼厂中催化裂化装置所产生出来的干气中的乙烯作为原料和石油苯通过反应来生产乙苯。这种技术与用纯乙烯生产乙苯方法相比,每吨产品的成本可降低1 000元,在很大程度上提高了企业的经济效益。目前,该技术已在大连、抚顺、大庆等多个石化企业中得到广泛应用。通过对催化干气制乙苯装置设计的介绍,阐述了第三代催化干气制乙苯技术的核心内容。
In order to realize the full and effective utilization of crude oil resources, and enable the subsequent production of styrene to have sufficient raw materials, this device adopts the technology of catalytic dry gas and petroleum benzene alkylation to produce ethylbenzene, that is, using ethylene in dry gas produced in refinery catalytic cracking unit as a raw material with oil benzene through the reaction to produce ethylbenzene. Compared with the method of using pure ethylene to produce ethylbenzene, this technology can reduce the cost per ton of product by 1,000 Yuan, which greatly improves the economic benefits of the enterprise. At present, the technology has been widely used in Dalian, Fushun, Daqing and other petrochemical enterprises. In this paper, through the presentation of the design of ethylbenzene unit by catalytic dry gas with benzene, the core of the third technology of catalytic dry gas to ethylbenzene was disucssed.
