摘要
气顶排空是机动管线排空的主要方法之一,涉及复杂的气液两相流运动及清管技术。讨论了管道清管技术的发展情况,综述了近年来气液两相流的研究进展,对起伏管道内滞留液层的运动机理及气携液流动特性进行了分析,对目前存在的问题和下一步的研究方向提出了建议。
Draining pipe with compressed air is one of the main draining methods of mobile pipeline, which involves complex gas-liquid two-phase flow movement and pigging technology.In this paper, the development of pipeline pigging technology was discussed, the research progress of gas-liquid two-phase flow in recent years was reviewed, the movement mechanism of the retained liquid layer in undulating pipeline and the movement characteristics of liquid-carrying were analyzed, and the existing problems and further research directions were proposed.
