摘要
目的:比较美罗培南与亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗下呼吸道感染的有效性和经济学评价。方法:回顾性分析2017—2019年昆明市延安医院收治的254例下呼吸道感染且单独应用美罗培南或亚胺培南西司他丁钠患者的病历资料。其中,美罗培南组患者208例,亚胺培南西司他丁钠组患者46例。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应及药物经济性。结果:美罗培南组208例患者中,痊愈131例,痊愈率为62.98%,亚胺培南西司他丁钠46例患者中,痊愈33例,痊愈率为71.74%,两组患者痊愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的细菌清除率均为100%,均无不良反应发生;两组患者用药疗程、用药总费用和用药日均费用比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床上使用美罗培南与亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效以及经济性相当,且均表现出良好的安全性。
OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficiency and economy of meropenem and imipenem cistatin sodium in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.METHODS:A total of 254 patients with lower respiratory tract infection who were treated with meropenem or imipenem and cilastatin sodium alone in the respiratory department of Kunming Yan an Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,there were 208 patients in meropenem group and 46 patients in imipenem and cilastatin sodium group.Clinical efficacy,adverse drug reactions and drug economy of two groups were observed.RESULTS:Among 208 cases of meropenem group,131 cases were cured,with the cure rate of 62.98%;among 46 cases of imipenem and cilastatin sodium group,33 cases were cured,with the cure rate of 71.74%,there was no significant difference in the cure rate between two groups(P>0.05).The bacterial clearance rate was 100%in both groups and no adverse drug reactions were observed.There were no significant differences in medication duration,total drug cost and average drug daily cost between two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy and economy of meropenem and imipenem cistatin sodium in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection are comparable with higher safety.
