Objective To explore the use of ultrasound technology and dual-source computed tomography(CT)technology to diagnose the performance and effect of gouty arthritis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 31 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University from December 2017 to August 2019 was used as the research object. The patients were diagnosed with gouty arthritis using ultrasound technology and dual-source CT technology respectively. Then analyze the accuracy of these patients using different imaging techniques to diagnose their gouty arthritis, and analyze the imaging performance of the patient's joint ultrasound technology and dual-source CT technology, and compare the differences between the two imaging performances. Results In tophi, the detection rate of dual-source CT is higher than that of ultrasound technology, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of inflammatory effusion and synovial thickening, the detection rate of ultrasound technology was higher than that of dual-source CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In terms of soft tissue edema, there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with ultrasound,dual-source CT is more accurate in diagnosing gouty arthritis.
