摘要
基于国内最大的压块活性炭生产线的运行实践,分析了磨粉、压块成型、炭化、活化各工段设备选择、生产调试及运行过程中的问题。针对问题提出了解决方案,在原料煤制粉工段,立式磨产能大、配套热风干燥系统更加适用于规模化的生产;对原料煤粉脱气,增加堆积密度,可以提升煤粉压块成型的产能,并增加块状成型料的强度,但是过高的成型压力也会导致成块的强度降低;外热式炭化炉设备产能大,得率高,产品质量较好,是生产压块活性炭最为先进和理想的炭化设备;多膛炉单台设备产能大、自动化程度高、生产环境较好,在没有外部热源补充的情况下可以生产出孔隙发达的压块活性炭产品。
Based on the operation practice of the largest briquetted coal-basedactivated carbon production line in China,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of grinding powder,briquetting,carbonization,activation of equipment selection,production debugging and operation of each section,and puts forward the optimized production scheme.In the raw coal pulverizing section,the vertical grinding capacity is large and the matching hot air drying system is more suitable for large-scale production;in the block forming section,the degassing of raw coal powder to increase its bulk density and adopt appropriate forming pressure can effectively improve the efficiency of pulverized coal forming and the strength of briquetted coal material;in the carbonization section,theexternally-heated rotary carbonization furnaces,has large production capacity,high yield and good product quality.It is the most advanced and ideal carbonization equipment for the production of briquetted coal-based activated carbon at present;In the activation section,the rake type furnace has large production capacity,high automation degree and good production environment.
