摘要
介绍了斜沟选煤厂智能鼓风系统节能改造的基本原理,着重描述了终端供风管路的改进方法;对鼓风系统改造前后的不同工况下终端用风总量、应供风量、实际供风量进行计算、对比分析,改造结果表明现场存在的过量鼓风、瞬时鼓风量大是造成鼓风系统能耗高的主要原因,改进后通过后台数据分析、变频控制等技术实现鼓风系统电耗降低51%。
Introduced the basic principles of the intelligent blast energy-saving transformation of Xiegou Coal Preparation Plant,focused on the improvement of the terminal air supply pipeline,and analyzed and calculated the air consumption before and after the transformation of the blast system,including the terminal under different working conditions Comparative analysis of total air consumption,required air supply,and actual air supply.The results of the transformation show that excessive blasting and large instantaneous blasting volume are the main reasons for the high energy consumption of the plant's system.After the improvement,the power consumption of the blasting system is reduced by 51%through background data analysis,frequency conversion control and other technologies.
