摘要
水电站非自动调节动力渠道在寒冷地区能够正常发挥工程效益是设计的重点环节。文章提出了在非冰期小于设计引水流量时,前池水位可壅水运行;在冰期运行时需采用输冰(再生冰)运行的设计理念,同时根据工程特点,解决了冻胀性基础、渠道抗冻防渗等设计问题。工程运行多年表明,工程设计合理可靠,可为类似寒冷地区水电站动力渠道设计提供借鉴。
Key part of the design is to ensure that the non-automatically regulating power channels of hydropower stations can normally operates in cold areas.The article proposes that when the water level of the forebay is lower than the design diversion flow during the non-icing period,the water can be banked up in the forebay;the design concept of ice transport(regenerated ice)operation shall be applied during the operation of the ice period.At the same time,based on the engineering characteristics,the engineering problems such as frost heave foundation and channel freezing and seepage are solved.Years of project operation shows that the engineering design is reasonable and reliable,which provides a reference for the design of power channels for hydropower stations in similar cold regions.
