摘要
苏陕协作历经25年,江苏省在各个层面对陕西省进行了全方位的帮扶,其中教育帮扶硕果累累。苏陕高职院校结对帮扶,对于陕西省高职毕业生的顶岗实习和就业工作提供了政策支持和机制保障。经济发达的江苏省势必会给陕西省的高职毕业生提供更多的锻炼机会和职业发展机遇。让陕西学生走出去,扩大就业范围,接受东部经济发达地区先进的企业管理理念和高效率的生产运作管理,从而培养学生良好的职业道德和素质,使学生在未来能有一个更加美好的职业前景。
After 25 years of cooperation between Jiangsu Province and Shaanxi Province,Jiangsu Province has carried out all-round assistance to Shaanxi Province at all levels,among which education assistance is also fruitful.It provides policy support and mechanism guarantee for the internship and employment of vocational college graduates in Shaanxi Province.As a well-developed Province,Jiangsu Province is bound to provide more training opportunities and career development opportunities for higher vocational graduates in Shaanxi Province,so that Shaanxi students can go out,expand the scope of employment,accept the advanced enterprise management concept and efficient production operation management in the eastern economically developed areas,so as to cultivate students'good professional ethics and quality,and make students have a better future career prospects.
