摘要
目的:观察老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中临床路径的实施效果。方法:选取本科室2019年1月-2020年1月112例老年股骨颈骨折患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(56例,常规护理)与观察组(56例,临床护理路径),对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组疾病知识各指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组髋关节功能恢复优良率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.86%(χ^(2)=9.824,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.36%,低于对照组的23.21%(χ^(2)=9.018,P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中应用,可提高患者对疾病的认知,对髋关节功能恢复有促进作用,减少了相关并发症的发生,护理效果较好,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the implementation effect of clinical pathways in nursing care of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Method:A total of 112 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures in author’s department were selected from January 2019 to January 2020.They were divided into the control group(56 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(56 cases,clinical nursing)according to the random lottery method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of all indicators of disease knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the excellent rate of hip joint function recovery in the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 67.86%in the control group(χ^(2)=9.824,P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 5.36%,which was lower than 23.21%in the control group(χ^(2)=9.018,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathways in the nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures can improve the patients’cognition of the disease,promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce the occurrence of related complications,and the nursing effect is good.It is worthy of promotion.
