摘要 对微机保护开关电源原理进行分析,介绍开关电源电压建立时的时序控制和电解电容的主要作用,阐述电解电容对开关电源寿命的影响。对某供电公司近3年电容器失效引起的故障进行统计分析,提出使用高品质元件、降低温升、开关电源检修转换等优化措施。 This paper analyzes the principle of microprocessor-based protective switching power supply,introduces the sequence control of switching power supply voltage and the main function of electrolytic capacitor,and expounds the influence of electrolytic capacitor on the lifetime of switching power supply.Based on the statistical analysis of the faults caused by the failure of capacitors in a power supply company in recent 3 years,the optimization measures such as using high quality components,reducing temperature rise,switching power supply maintenance and conversion are put forward.
