摘要
该研究以校园足球后备人才的培养模式为研究对象,以文献法、逻辑分析法为研究方法对我国校园足球后备人才培养的现有模式之利弊进行分析与探讨,深度挖掘现有模式下足球后备人才培养的问题所在,明确了“教体结合”培养模式的时代价值。研究认为:体育回归教育本原,在学校体育中实行“教体结合”人才培养是双赢发展模式,在国家的政策方针指引下,构建有中国特色的人才培养体系,提高培养效率与质量,为校园足球后备人才的挖掘、培养、输送与可持续发展提供理论依据。
This study takes the cultivation model of campus football reserve talents as the research object,uses the literature method and logic analysis method as the research method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current model of the cultivation of reserve football talents on campus,and deeply explores the existing models.The problem of the training of football reserve talents fully demonstrates the practical significance of implementing the“combination of teaching and learning”model.The study believes that:Returning physical education to education and adopting the talent cultivation path under the“combination of teaching and learning”model is a win-win development model.Under the guidance of the country’s policy guidelines,we will build a path for the cultivation of reserve football talents suitable for China’s national conditions and improve training efficiency and quality.It provides a theoretical basis for the excavation,cultivation,delivery,and sustainable development of reserve football talents on campus.
