摘要
文章运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法、问卷调查法等,对2019年南京马拉松赛参赛者满意度进行研究。研究结果表明:参加2019年南京马拉松赛的参赛者对赛事满意度较高。其中15个参赛满意度指标中排在前三的是成绩领取、赛道设计和医疗服务,相对滞后的三个指标分别为赛道指引、食物和饮水补给和参赛物资领取服务。未来南京马拉松赛应细化赛事服务,提高赛事水准,进一步满足参赛选手的需求。
This article uses the literature method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method to study 2019 Nanjing Marathon Competition Satisfaction.The results show that:in the half marathon runners.Among the 20 participating high satisfaction volunteer service grades acquisition is ranked in the first three the registration process,and the second is track design,the third is medical service,the three indicators of relative lag are track guide,food and water supply and collection of materials.In the future,Nanjing marathon should refine the event service,improve the level of the event,and further meet the needs of competitors.
