摘要
随着我国进入新的发展阶段,产业升级和经济结构调整不断加快,各行各业对技术技能人才的需求提出了更高要求。作为高职院校学生,要想脱颖而出,对职业技能的掌握程度显得更为重要。以德宏职业学院工程造价专业为例,构建基于职业岗位群核心能力需求的工程造价专业模块化课程体系,将理论知识、专业技能与社会适应能力有机结合,以提升学生岗位认知,提高学生专业技能水平,实现学生从学校到企业的良好衔接。
As China enters a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring is accelerating,and all walks of life put forward higher requirements for technical talents.As students of higher vocational colleges,it is more important to master vocational skills if they want to stand out from the crowd.Taking engineering cost major in Dehong Vocational College for example,constructing the modular curriculum system of engineering cost specialty based on the core competence needs of professional post group,and organically combining theoretical knowledge,professional skills and social adaptability can improve students post cognition and professional skills level,and realize the good connection of students from school to enterprise.
