摘要
为提高发动机的热效率,设计了一款燃气预混型半循环活塞发动机。为发动机工作气缸配置了燃气预混缸,把吸气压缩和膨胀做功分离开来,使发动机拥有不同的压缩比和膨胀比,避免了排气过程中能量的损失。给出了燃气预混型半循环活塞发动机的设计简图,并根据发动机的工作过程计算了发动机的热效率,结果表明,燃气预混型半循环活塞发动机相比传统发动机热效率有了较大幅度的提高。
A gas premixed cylinder type semi-cycle piston engine is designed to improve the thermal efficiency.The gas premixed cylinder makes the separation of compression and expansion so that the engine has different compression ratio and expansion ratio,which avoids the loss of energy in the exhaust process.The design diagram of the gas premixed cylinder type annular engine is given,and the thermal efficiency of the annular engine is calculated.The calculation results show that the thermal efficiency of gas premixed cylinder type semi-cycle piston engine designed in this paper is higher than that of a conventional reciprocating engine theoretically.
