汽车车身焊接技术作为汽车制造核心技术之一,一直备受重视。汽车车身焊接技术伴随着汽车工业技术的发展而发展,目前如激光焊接技术,焊接机器人技术等被大量应用。汽车焊接技术领域凸显出自动数字化,柔性化,虚拟化等一些发展趋势。本文从汽车车身焊接技术特点入手,到分析技术应用现状再到对未来汽车焊接技术发展趋势展望,仅供参考。
As one of the core technologies of automobile manufacturing,automobile body welding technology has always been valued.Car body welding technology has developed along with the development of automobile industry technology.At present,laser welding technology and welding robot technology are widely used.The field of automotive welding technology highlights some development trends such as automatic digitization,flexibility,and virtualization.This article starts with the characteristics of automobile body welding technology,analyzes the status quo of technology application,and then looks forward to the future development trend of automobile welding technology for reference.
