摘要
目的探讨头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的临床应用效果及不良反应。方法选择本院2016年11月至2018年8月收治的100例感染性疾病患者,随机分为头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠组(50例)和头孢他啶治疗组(50例)。比较两组治疗效果、炎症指标、临床指标及不良反应情况。结果头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠组总有效率高于头孢他啶治疗组,P<0.05;头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠组感染症状消失的时间、感染生化指标恢复正常的时间、体温升高恢复正常的时间、平均住院时间较头孢他啶治疗组更短,P<0.05;治疗后头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠组血白细胞、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、C反应蛋白均低于头孢他啶治疗组,P<0.05。两组患者无严重不良反应。结论头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗感染性疾病的疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and adverse effects of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.Methods One hundred cases of infectious diseases from November 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium group(50 cases)and ceftazidime treatment group(50 cases).Compare the treatment effects,inflammation indexes,clinical indexes and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium group was higher than that of the ceftazidime treatment group,P<0.05;the time for the disappearance of infection symptoms,the time for the biochemical indicators of infection to return to normal in the cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium group,the time to return to normal by body temperature,and the average hospitalization time was shorter than the ceftazidime treatment group,P<0.05;after treatment,the white blood cells,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,and C-reactive protein in the cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium group were lower than those in the ceftazidime treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium sulbatan sodium is effective in the treatment of infectious diseases.
