摘要
以某传统木结构为工程背景,分析施工难点,将BIM技术应用于项目施工。详细介绍操作流程,实现了计算机模型会榫、确定榫卯优化方案、制定木结构拼装方案、解决图纸中可能存在的比例失调和构件安装矛盾等问题,同时能实现木结构算量、配料、下料、开卯画线参数化,节约成本及人力,避免返工。
Taking a traditional wooden structure as the engineering background,the construction difficulties is analyzed,the BIM technology is applied to the project construction.The operation process is introduced in detail,which realizes the computer model meeting tenon,determination of the optimization scheme of tenon and mortise,formulation of the wooden structure assembly scheme,solving of the problems such as ratio deviation and component installation contradiction that may exist in the drawings,and realizes the parameterization calculation quantity,batching,blanking,opening and drawing line of wood stucture.The cost and manpower are saved and the rework is avoided.
